We have prepared this guest information material to introduce you to the unique services of our hotel and to highlight some of the most important information.
We hope this will help make your stay in Budapest enjoyable!
Adapter and Charger: If you wish to use an electrical device with a non-European standard plug, or if you have forgotten your charging cable at home, please contact our reception staff. We provide the necessary adapters and chargers free of charge, and our staff is happy to assist you with the proper connections.
ATM: There is no ATM located within the hotel. The nearest ATMs are operated by OTP and K&H banks and are available 24/7, located directly next to the hotel.
Awakening Service: A 24-hour wake-up service is available at the reception.
Bath chair: We provide a bath chair upon request. Please inform our staff when making your reservation or during check-in.
Bed linen change: In line with our eco-friendly practices, we change the bed linen every three days. If you wish daily changes, please inform the reception or housekeeping staff. The cost for daily linen change is 4000 HUF (€10) per set.
Baby cot and equipment: We provide a baby cot and necessary accessories free of charge upon prior request. Please notify the reception of your needs, and we will ensure all required equipment is placed in your room. A baby chair is available in our hotel’s breakfast area; if needed, please inform our staff.
Bicycle rental: We offer bicycle rentals throughout the year for a fee (13€/6 hours). Please inform the reception in advance if you wish to rent one.
Blanket: If you require an extra blanket, do not hesitate to inform the reception. We will gladly provide additional blankets to ensure your comfort in your room.
Breakfast The buffet breakfast is available every day between 7:00 and 10:00 in the Café Bar.
Café Bar:
Our Café Bar, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We offer a selection of specialty coffees, unique teas, non-alcoholic beverages, desserts and sandwiches.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:30 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement and subject to availability, for an additional fee as follows: - Early check-in from 12:00 PM – €15
- Late check-out from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM – €15/hour
After 2:00 PM, a full night’s room rate will be charged.
Cleaning: Our daily cleaning service is available between 8:00 and 16:00. Upon request, extra cleaning can be provided. Please inform the reception if needed.
Complaints and feedback: For any problem or feedback, please inform the reception so that we can take immediate action.
Cosmetic products: Our hotel provides the following cosmetic products in your room: shower cap, nail file, cotton buds, and cotton pads. If you need additional products, please inform the reception.
Currency exchange: The hotel does not offer currency exchange services, but reliable exchange points are available throughout Budapest.
Electric car charging: Our hotel provides free electric car charging services for guests. The charging points are located at the front of the hotel.. For more information, please contact the reception.
Electric connection: The hotel provides a 220V/50Hz alternating current (AC) power supply. Different types of adapters are available at the reception.
Entertainment: Our reception staff is happy to provide information about Budapest’s entertainment venues, cinemas, and theatres.
Envelope and letter paper: These are available at the reception upon request.
Extra bed: We provide extra beds in limited numbers. Please inform the reception if needed.
Gift chocolate: We welcome our valued guests with gift chocolates, which will be placed in the room upon arrival.
GuestAdvisor: The user-friendly GuestAdvisor app offers a simple and convenient solution for our guests to access hotel services, such as Online Check-in, which allows faster registration and avoids queuing. Services like bike rental or late check-out can also be ordered through the app. Please note that all services ordered via the app must be confirmed at the reception to ensure smooth service. The code is the reservation number that the guests receive by mail.
Hairdryer: A hairdryer is provided in each room and is located in the bathroom.
Heating and cooling: The heating and cooling system in the rooms operates only with the room key card. In summer, the cooling system can be set to a maximum of 6°C below the outdoor temperature.
Housekeeping: Please report any issues with facilities or damaged items to the reception.
Internet: Our hotel offers high-speed internet access with a download speed of 10 Mbit/s and an upload speed of 0.5 Mbit/s. A computer and printer are available for guests near the reception.
Ironing service: Our ironing service is available between 10:00 and 19:00. Your clothes will be returned within one hour, perfectly pressed.
Ironing room: Our ironing room is available 24 hours a day. Feel free to use it to ensure your clothes are always perfectly maintained. The room is situated on the 3rd floor.
Laundry: Fashion City Hotel offers laundry services during your stay. To request laundry service, please follow these steps:
- A laundry form and laundry bag are provided in each room.
- Fill out the form and place the clothes in the bag.
- Drop the bag at the reception by 9:00 AM for same-day laundry service. Your items will be returned within 24 hours.
Linen Change: To promote environmentally conscious operations, we change your linens every three days. If you prefer daily changes, please notify the reception or housekeeping. The charge is HUF 4,000 (10€) per linen set per person.
Lift: Our hotel has one passenger lift. Please do not use the lift in case of an emergency.
Maintenance: If you notice any faults or damaged equipment, please report it to the reception.
Maxibar: The Maxibar located in the hotel lobby offers a wide selection of delicious drinks and snacks. Please visit us and enjoy our convenient and tasty offerings!
Medical assistance: In case of any health issues, medical assistance can be requested at the reception. A thermometer and band-aids are also available.
Mobile network availability: Telekom, Vodafone, and Yettel networks are available in the hotel.
Museums and galleries: Budapest has many museums and galleries waiting for visitors. Detailed information is available at the reception.
Office services: Photocopying, printing, and scanning services are available at the reception for 50 HUF per page. Please inquire at the reception for more details.
Payment methods: Our hotel accepts cash payments (HUF, EUR), bank and credit cards (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard), Széchenyi Pihenőkártya, as well as Revolut, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Pets: Our hotel welcomes pets under 15 kg for an additional fee. Pet-friendly amenities include food and water bowls.
Pillow: Our pillow menu includes memory foam pillows, buckwheat pillows, and feather pillows. Upon request, we provide additional or allergenic pillows. Please inform the reception.
Programs: For information about Budapest programs, please inquire at the reception.
Radio: Satellite and local radio stations are accessible through the hotel TV.
Reception: The reception is available 24/7. Please visit our reception desk in the lobby for any inquiries or requests, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
Room key: Your room can be accessed with the card provided at check-in, which also activates the room’s electricity. A fee of 5,000 HUF will be charged for lost cards.
Safe: Every hotel room is equipped with a safe that can be locked with a personal code.
Sewing kit: A sewing kit is available upon request at the reception.
Sewing service: If your clothes require repairs, such as button replacement or minor adjustments, please inform the reception. Pricing will be provided after inspection.
Shoe cleaning machine: For your convenience, a shoe-cleaning machine is available in the hotel. The machine automatically cleans and polishes your shoes, offering a quick and easy solution.
Shoe polish kit: A shoe polish kit is available in every room. Should you need an additional kit, please inform the reception.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel in compliance with legal regulations. A 30 000 HUF fine will be charged for violations, and the fire brigade call-out fee will also be passed on.
Taxi / Transfer: We offer transfer services for your convenience. The following services are available:
- Airport Transfer: We provide personalized transportation to and from the nearest airport. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
- City Transfer: Inform us if you need city transfers for business meetings or sightseeing.
Television and Radio : Each room is equipped with a satellite television offering multilingual channels.

Towels replacement: Towel replacement is conducted in accordance with the hotel’s green program. If you do not need a towel change, please leave them on the hanger. If you wish for them to be replaced, please place them on the floor. The fee is 2,000 HUF per towel set per person.
Umbrella: You can borrow an umbrella from the reception.
Valet parking: Our valet parking service offers a convenient and safe solution for our guests. Upon arrival, our trained staff will park your car in a secure location near the hotel. Upon departure, your car will be immediately available upon request.
Wake-Up Service: A 24-hour wake-up service is available at the reception.
Washing and dry cleaning: For dry cleaning services, please fill out the laundry form in your room and place your clothes in the provided bag. Drop the bag at the reception by 9:00 AM on weekdays.
Writing Tools A notepad and pencil are provided in each room. Letter paper and envelopes are available at the reception or from housekeeping.
